The numerical analysis is an important tool for the shortening of development cycles and the design and optimization of processes, components and tools. Considering different sheet metal, bulk metal and sheet bulk metal forming processes, we have the relevant know-how as well as the appropriate software. We offer the development and optimization of the numerical models, the particular analysis and evaluation using these models up to the validation of the results performing real experiments. That ensures the feasibility of the components and leads to an enhanced lifetime of the used forming tools.
